The Niesen (2362 m above sea level) is often called the "Swiss pyramid on Lake Thun" because of its iconic shape.

The 360-degree panoramic view is unique. Combine the historic train ride with a hike and a visit to the Berghaus Niesen Kulm.

The small, almost nostalgic cable car has been in existence since 1975 and offers space for eight people or a cow – a "little train" of a special kind, connected to local life.

The cable car takes you to a magnificent hiking area with a unique view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, the triumvirate of the Bernese Oberland.

How about a game of tennis against the most impressive backdrop you can imagine? There are two tennis courts at your disposal at the Eyelti sports facility.

If the wind is favourable, there is even free refreshment from the nearby Staubbachfall Waterfalls!

Opening hours: The sports facility is open from mid-May to mid-October, from 3pm to 7pm each day (only in good weather conditions).

Young and old can have fun playing mini golf at the Eyelti sports facility.

The 18-hole mini-golf course at the foot of the Staubbachfall Waterfall invites you to enjoy a leisurely, sporty pastime.

Opening hours: From June to the beginning of October, daily from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., the course is open to guests and locals.
