Before the Second World War, the source of the origin of the "meringue" was discovered in the Culinary Art Museum in Frankfurt am Main.
Based on these documents (which unfortunately were then destroyed during the war), it is a fact that the "Meringue" was first made by a confectioner named Gasparini around 1600 in Meiringen.
Guests with digital guest card Haslital get a 50% discount on a one pack of meringues (per group, at the mail order bakery Frutal).
